Full Stack Developer (Officer)
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer (Officer) to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with the MIS – IT team to build scalable backend systems, integrate modern front-end interfaces, and ensure reliable database performance aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Python
- Design, manage, and enhance backend systems using the Django framework
- Build and integrate user-friendly front-end components using React
- Create, manage, and maintain PostgreSQL databases to ensure data accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support application functionality and continuous improvement
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or related qualification
- 1 year of relevant experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework
- Working knowledge of React for front-end development
- Experience with PostgreSQL database design and management
- Ability to understand system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
