Planning Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support certification and compliance processes for Home Textile products. The role involves assisting with product certifications, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting data reconciliation and internal reporting. This position is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are eager to build a strong foundation and grow within a structured, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the certification of Home Textile products in accordance with required standards and guidelines
• Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of certification-related documents and records
• Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of product and certification information
• Assist in developing and updating basic dashboards and reports for internal tracking and review
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of certification and compliance activities

Requirements and skills

• Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and data handling tools
