Responsibilities

  • Conduct Business Process Reviews (BPRs) for production processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Perform system audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of operational forms and processes.
  • Execute operational audits for support functions to evaluate efficiency and adherence to internal controls.
  • Assess risks and provide recommendations in line with risk advisory practices.
  • Support and conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
  • Review and strengthen internal control frameworks across departments.

Requirements and skills

  • CA Finalist (with completed Articleship).
  • 1-3 years of post-articleship experience

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution, recording, and reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Support financial reporting, month-end activities, and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies

Requirements and skills

  • CAF Qualified / CA Finalist / CA Inter (with completed articleship)
  • 2–3 years of post-articles experience
  • Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems (Oracle / SAP) is mandatory

We are looking for someone who can manage fabric procurement and loom planning to ensure a smooth production flow. The role involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely material availability, monitoring payments, and optimizing in-house operations while collaborating across teams to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute fabric lifting in line with production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for order follow-ups, production updates, and timely dispatch of materials.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues proactively to avoid delays in the supply chain.
  • Manage and process payments accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement vertical loom planning to maximize efficiency and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, procurement, and finance) for seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within ERP systems.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (BSc/BS).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in weaving loom planning.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of weaving processes and production planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can support merchandising operations and assist in managing customer orders from initiation to completion. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, maintaining accurate data in ERP systems, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and stakeholders to support timely order execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in merchandising activities and support end-to-end handling of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer queries and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately enter and maintain order-related data in the ERP system.
  • Support the preparation of basic reports and sales data for tracking and analysis.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Weaving).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
