Sustainability involves a collective effort from suppliers to consumers to create a better world. RESTORE acknowledges the textile industry’s environmental impact and focuses on recycling textile waste, fabric, and fibers. With 32% of consumers preferring recycled clothing, it underscores our innate desire to protect the environment.
"Premium" has been one of our finest recycled products, crafted from post-industrial and pre-consumer waste. This innovative fiber replaced cotton in yarn and fabric compositions, recommended for up to 75-80% in open-end yarns and up to 35% in ring-spinning technology. This solution significantly reduced the carbon footprint in Pakistan by recycling waste before it reaches consumers. By utilizing waste materials instead of relying on virgin cotton, we contributed to global environmental protection efforts.
"Indigo" was a pre-consumer or post-industrial waste product created by processing denim that did not meet quality standards for consumer use. While it belonged to the RESTORE Premium family, its technical specifications imposed certain usage limitations. The recommended application for "Indigo" is 40-45% in open-end yarns and 25 - 30% in ring-spun yarns.
"Blue" was a post-consumer product that breathed new life into used consumer goods through recycling. By repurposing worn and used items, we contributed to environmental sustainability by conserving water and reducing the cultivation costs associated with producing virgin cotton and other raw materials. For open-end yarns, "Blue" can comprise up to 40% of the composition, while for ring-spun yarns, it is recommended to use 25-30%.
