Sapphire Textile Mills is proudly recognized as a Training Organization Outside Practice (TOoP) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) — a distinction that reflects our commitment to developing the next generation of finance professionals.
Our CA Training Program is designed for ICAP students who are ready to move beyond the classroom and into a professional environment that challenges, supports, and grows them. Across disciplines including Audit, Taxation, Finance, ERP, and Financial Reporting, trainees gain hands-on exposure to real business functions from day one.
This is not a program that sits on the sidelines of the organization. It sits at the center of it.

Requirements and skills

• Education: certificate in Accounts and Finance (CAF)
• Eligible age: 19 - 24 years
