We are looking for someone who can support merchandising operations and assist in managing customer orders from initiation to completion. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, maintaining accurate data in ERP systems, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and stakeholders to support timely order execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in merchandising activities and support end-to-end handling of customer orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely follow-ups.
- Respond to customer queries and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately enter and maintain order-related data in the ERP system.
- Support the preparation of basic reports and sales data for tracking and analysis.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Weaving).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a similar role.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
