We are seeking a motivated Oracle ERP R12 Functional officer to support and enhance enterprise-wide ERP operations. The role involves close coordination with business users to understand requirements, map business processes, and ensure effective utilization of Oracle ERP R12 modules.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle ERP R12 applications
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from user departments
- Map business processes and scenarios to Oracle ERP R12 functionality and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve functional issues and support day-to-day system operations
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ACCA / MBA / CMA / M.Com or related qualification)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP R12
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Experience in business process analysis and business scenario mapping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with user departments and stakeholders
- Prior experience or understanding of HR and Payroll systems (added advantage)
