Marketing Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Officer to support merchandising activities and assist with end-to-end order processing. The role includes coordination with internal teams, customer communication, ERP data management, and basic reporting. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a dynamic business and textile environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in merchandising activities and support the complete handling of customer orders from initiation to final delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and on-schedule execution
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain clear, professional communication with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in the ERP system
- Support the preparation of basic reports, dashboards, and sales-related data to aid tracking and decision-making
Requirements and skills
- Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Textile Engineering
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
